Is it Me -

Or is it Hot in Here?

Menopause: Myths, Realities and Choices

A conversation with Judy Norsigian,

Executive Director of Our Bodies, Ourselves

Ninth Wave Wellness Center welcomes Judy Norsigian of the Boston Women's Book Health Collective (Our Bodies, Ourselves) for an evening of conversation, questions, and exploration of traditional and alternative approaches to the healthy management of menopause.

Bioidentical "natural" hormones are better than traditional hormones, true or false? Women always lose interest in sex as they age, true or false? Bone density predicts whether a woman will fracture a hip, true or false? If you don't know (or believe that any of these is true), you will benefit from an evening with Judy Norsigian.

Norsigian, Executive Director of the Boston Women's Book Health Collective, will discuss the organization's newest title, Our Bodies, Ourselves: Menopause. Devoted to midlife transition, the book educates women about all aspects of menopause: the signs, the symptoms, the choices and good self care.

If you are seeking to:

     Make positive, well informed choices

Learn about healthy solutions and approaches

Take charge of your self and health

       Grow from strength into wisdom

then join us for an enlightening and fun evening in the company of women sharing, learning and growing together.
